蒿本内酯(Ligustilide)是一种苯酞(phthalide)衍生物，是当归精油和中草药川芎(Rhizoma Chuanxiong)的主要亲脂成分之一。应用蒿本内酯（Ligustilide）已被用作体内和体外研究的治疗剂，用于测试其对大鼠软骨细胞和硝普钠（SNP）刺激的软骨细胞的抗细胞凋亡作用。它也被用作治疗剂，用于研究其对高脂喂养大鼠的抗动脉粥样硬化作用，以及对叔丁基化过氧化氢（t-BHP）刺激的EA.hy926细胞的细胞保护作用。 Ligustilide is a phthalide derivative that has been shown to have broad applications in the study and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and ischemic brain injury.
