抗生素青霉素和链霉素对革兰氏阳性细菌和革兰氏阴性细菌具有有效的联合抗菌作用，可用于防止细胞培养受到细菌污染。青霉素最初从真菌青霉菌中纯化制成，其作用机制为直接干扰细菌细胞壁的转换以及通过触发可进一步改变细胞壁的酶释放间接干扰细菌细胞壁的转换。链霉素起初是从灰色链霉菌中纯化制成。其作用机制为与细菌核糖体的30S亚单位结合，进而抑制蛋白合成，并导致敏感细菌死亡。溶液含有10,000单位青霉素、10,000 μg链霉素和200 mM L-谷氨酰胺，溶于10 mM柠檬酸盐缓冲液。使用说明： 1、从-20°C冰箱里取出混合液（100×），室温放置使其融化。 2、超净台内操作，每500mL培养液里加入5mL混合液（100倍稀释）。 3、混匀后，即可使用。注意事项： 1、尽量减少反复冻融的次数，使用时避免对母液的污染。 2、为了您的安全和健康，请穿戴实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
