Lumicitabine (ALS-008176) is an inhibitor of the respiratory syncytial virus ( RSV ) polymerase. In Vitro Lumicitabine is an orally bioavailable prodrug of the novel RSV replication inhibitor ALS-008112, a cytidine nucleoside analogue.
