凝集素（来自罗马蜗牛）已用于标记生物素和吖啶，用于凝集素凝集试验。应用：凝集素（来自罗马蜗牛）是一种六聚体糖蛋白，分子量79 kDa。来源于罗马蜗牛的蛋白腺分泌。罗马蜗牛凝集素(HPA)对N-乙酰半乳糖胺(GalNAc)具有特异性。 Lectin from Helix pomatia is a hexameric glycoprotein with a molecular mass of 79 kDa. It issecreted by the albumen gland of the roman snail. Helix pomatia agglutinin (HPA) is specific for N -acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc). Application: Lectin from Helix pomatia has been used to conjugate with biotin and acridinium and used in lectin-agglutination tests.
