McCoy's 5A 含有还原型谷胱甘肽、细菌蛋白胨以及高浓度的葡萄糖，支持多种类型的原代细胞、已建立的细胞系以及活检组织的外植体的增殖。这种培养基可支持源自正常骨髓、皮肤、脾脏、肾脏、肺、大鼠胚胎及其他组织的原代哺乳动物细胞的生长。本培养基含：3.0g/L 葡萄糖、0.219g/L L-谷氨酰胺、酚红、碳酸氢钠、100KU/L 青霉素、0.1g/L 链霉素。不含：HEPES、丙酮酸钠。使用说明：根据具体实验使用，McCoy's 5A 培养基需要添加血清，通常添加10%胎牛血清（FBS）。McCoy's 5A 培养基使用碳酸氢钠缓冲系统（2.2 g/L），因此需要 5～10% CO₂ 环境来维持生理 pH 值。注意事项： 1、注意避免溶液被微生物污染，避免冻融。 2、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。 3、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。物理外观：Liquid 是否无菌：是
