产品介绍

固定液起稳定细胞膜、保持细胞膜表面抗体与抗原结合的作用；破膜剂使流动的、完整的细胞膜产生小孔以利于抗体进入细胞。用流式细胞仪检测细胞内抗原及DNA时，对待测细胞进行固定、破膜处理后，加入相应抗体或检测试剂，孵育一定时间即可上机分析。使用说明： 1、收获待测细胞，1000 rpm离心10min，弃上清； 2、加入500μl预冷（4℃）固定液； 3、室温孵育10min； 4、1000 rpm 离心10min； 5、弃上清，加入PBS洗一次，1000 rpm离心10min； 6、弃上清，加入1.5ml破膜剂； 7、室温孵育10-15min； 8、1000 rpm 离心5min； 9、弃上清，加入适量破膜剂重悬细胞； 10、加入检测抗体进行染色15min； 11、加入PBS洗一次，1000rpm离心5min； 12、弃上清，加200μl PBS重悬，用流式细胞仪上机。注意事项： 1、固定液中含有有害物质甲醛溶液，破膜剂中含有剧毒物质叠氮钠，使用时避免与皮肤、眼睛及黏膜接触。 2、此产品仅供研究，不用于临床诊断。是否无菌：是
