莫能菌素是一种蛋白质转运抑制剂，常用于通过阻断细胞活化过程中的转运途径来增强胞内细胞因子染色信号。它特别适用于细胞因子的胞内染色，能使大多数细胞因子在高尔基体/内质网处发生积累。其最佳使用条件因细胞类型和处理时间而异。通常，在体外细胞活化培养结束前4至24小时，需将蛋白质转运抑制剂添加至培养体系中。莫能菌素溶液以 1000× 浓缩液形式提供，使用时应在细胞培养基中稀释至 1倍浓度（1×）。建议细胞与莫能菌素的共培养时间不超过24小时，否则可能产生细胞毒性，影响细胞活力。储存缓冲液：70% Ethanol 是否无菌：是
