product description： Maleimide PEG hydroxy, also called Maleimide PEG OH, is a thiol reactive heterobifunctional PEG derivative with maleimide group on the one end of PEG and hydroxyl (OH) group on the other. Maleimide groups react with sulfhydryl groups at pH 6.5~7.5 at room temperature to form stable thioether bonds, while hydroxyl group on the other end can be used for other reactions.
