产品介绍

1. 本品采用酸性酶解法，经猪皮提取纯化后得到的Ⅰ型胶原蛋白并进行了光敏基团修饰，该产品保持了大分子胶原蛋白的结构和生物功能特性。（详见附图1、2） 2. 本品可与光引发剂配合使用，在蓝光或紫外光作用下交联固化。 3. 本品具有良好的生物相容性，可与细胞混合后进行3D 生物打印。 4. 本品可与其他光敏化生物材料（例如HAMA, CSMA 等）混合后进行3D 生物打印。使用方法： 1. 本品的保存条件及保质期详见产品包装。在使用前请勿暴露于自然光下。 2. 本品推荐溶解浓度不超过10mg/ml， 20mM 乙酸4℃过夜搅拌溶解。 3. 本品水溶液在室温pH 中性时可迅速成胶，在操作过程中要尽量保持低温。 4. 使用本品时建议先自组装成胶，再光照固化，可增加力学强度。 5. 使用本品溶液时，不建议反复多次冻融该溶液。 6. 本品与蓝光引发剂LAP联合使用，在365-405nm 光照下进行交联固化。 7. 本品可与细胞和蓝光引发剂混合或与其他光敏化生物材料混合，置入3D 生物打印机的墨盒，即可完成打印前准备。 8. 启动3D 打印，开启蓝光照射，即可迅速固化。
