Methacrylated Alginate (ALMA) is a photocurable biomaterial 2. ALMA can be cured with a light initiator under blue or UV light 3. The stiffness of ALMA hydrogel is related to the concentration. The higher the concentration is, the harder the stiffness is after curing 4. ALMA has good biocompatibility, it can be mixed with cells for 3D bioprinting.
