乳酚蓝染液可用于真菌染色的检测。它可将真菌染为深蓝色。操作流程： 1 在载玻片上滴一滴乳酚蓝染液。 2 使用接种针，将真菌培养基小心在染液中涂布均匀。 3 将盖玻片从液体的边缘处缓慢的盖上，在盖片下避免空气气泡的产生，放置5min。 4 如果需要，用指甲油将盖玻片的四周封闭。 5 显微镜下观察。 6 染色结果：真菌染为深蓝色注意事项：第一次使用本产品时建议先取 1~2 个样品做预实验。温馨提示：为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，带手套等。 Lactol blue can be used for the detection of fungal staining. It can stain the fungus dark blue. Operation process: 1 Put a drop of lactol blue dye on the slide. 2 Using a vaccination needle, carefully coat the fungal medium evenly in the dye solution. 3 Slowly cover the cover glass from the edge of the liquid. Avoid air bubbles under the cover and leave for 5 minutes. 4 Close all sides of the cover glass with nail polish if needed. 5 Observation under a microscope. 6 Staining results: The fungus is dark blue Note: When using this product for the first time, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 samples for pre-test.
