产品介绍：骨组织分为硬骨和软骨，软骨组织由软骨细胞和软骨基质组成，软骨组织及其周围的软骨膜构成软骨。骨染色方法有很多种，例如甲苯胺蓝法、阿利新蓝法、番红O法、固绿-番红O染色法、Goldner三色染色法等，亚甲基蓝-酸性品红染色液可以清楚的显示成骨细胞、细胞基质及类骨质，对骨形成静态参数如成骨细胞指数、类骨质均宽、类骨质表面、类骨质体积的研究效果理想。经甲基蓝-酸性品红染色液染色后，种植体表面羟基磷灰石涂层为紫红色，成骨细胞及细胞核、类骨质显示清晰，成骨细胞核染成深蓝色，细胞基质染成淡蓝色，类骨质为紫灰色。新骨组织为深红色，与种植体骨界面分界清晰，原矿化骨组织为红色，与新生骨分界比较模糊。组分表 M774783
