Myrislignan inhibitsinterleukin-6 (IL-6)andtumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). Myrislignan significantly inhibits the expressions ofinducible NO synthase (iNOS)andcyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)dose-dependently in LPS-stimulated macrophage cells.
