柚皮苷二氢查尔酮是一种柑橘类生物黄酮，可抑制小鼠肝脏中细胞色素 P450 单氧化酶的活性。柚皮苷二氢查尔酮可防止毒素引起的细胞骨架破坏和肝细胞凋亡。此外，研究还发现它通过抑制 HMG-CoA 还原酶和 ACAT 活性，具有降低胆固醇的作用。
