产品介绍： Aladdin掌握琼脂糖微球核心制备技术，所制微球的机械性能和筛分性能远超行业标准，可以提供涵盖亲和层析、凝胶过滤、离子交换、疏水层析等多种不同类型的蛋白纯化介质。提供多种规格的填料和预装柱，满足实验室和工业生产规模的生物大分子分离纯化需求。 Ni-NTA 4FF Resin 以琼脂糖微球为基质，通过活化偶联次氮基三乙酸（NTA），再螯合 Ni2+所形成的稳定八面体结构。与亚氨基二乙酸（IDA）相比，具有更好的螯合剂、还原剂、碱性的耐受性，如样品中含有1-10mM EDTA或1-10mM β-巯基乙醇或5mM DTT，可正常纯化；在螯合镍的情况下，也可以用0.1MNaOH清洗。 Ni-NTA 琼脂糖凝胶 FF 主要用于纯化带组氨酸标签（His-Tag）的重组蛋白。纯化原理是利用重组蛋白组氨酸标签的咪唑环可与过渡金属 Ni2+形成稳定的配位键，因此能特异、牢固、可逆地吸附于固定这些金属离子的基质，结合了 His-Tag 重组蛋白的 Ni-NTA 琼脂糖凝胶 FF 一般通过增加咪唑浓度进行竞争洗脱。基础参数：基质
