非变性蛋白上样缓冲液 (5×) 是以溴酚蓝为染料,5倍浓缩的蛋白上样缓冲液,具有沉淀蛋白样品进入凝胶孔和指示蛋白样品在凝胶中运动位置的作用,缓冲液中不含有 SDS 等变性剂,但是含有 DTT/β-巯基乙醇等还原剂,适用于非变性还原型的蛋白样品制备和电泳。 注意事项: 1. 加样前在室温或 37-40℃ 数分钟解冻后轻轻摇匀,以确保溶液混合均匀; 2. 本产品仅用于科研,不能用于人体实验或人体治疗; 3. 为了您的自身安全,使用试剂前,请做好防护,如穿实验服,带手套等。 使用说明: 1、 试剂准备 1.1 将非变性蛋白上样缓冲液(5×) 与蛋白样品按照 1:4 的比例混匀; 2、蛋白样品处理 2.1 蛋白样品以小于3000rpm的条件离心30秒; 3、蛋白上样及电泳 3.1 离心后,以微量进样器取适量上清,直接加入凝胶加样孔内; 3.2 进行常规电泳,通常染料到达距离凝胶底端0.5cm-1cm处即可停止电泳。 Native-PAGE Loading Buffer (reduced, 5X) is a 5-fold concentrated SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis loading buffer with bromophenol blue as the dye. It has the function of precipitating protein samples into gel pores and indicating the movement position of protein samples in gel. The buffer does not contain denaturants such as SDS, but contains reducing agents such as DTT/β - mercaptoethanol. It is suitable for the preparation and electrophoresis of non denatured reduced protein samples. Precautions: 1. Before adding the sample, thaw it at room temperature or 37-40 ℃ for a few minutes and gently shake well to ensure even mixing of the solution; 2. This product is only used for scientific research and cannot be used for human experiments or treatments; 3. For your own safety, please take protective measures such as wearing lab coats and gloves before using the reagents. Instructions for Use: 1. Reagent preparation 1.1 Mix the protein tracer loading buffer (non denaturing, 5x) with the protein sample in a ratio of 1:4; 2. Protein sample processing 2.1 Centrifuge the protein sample at less than 3000rpm for 30 seconds; 3. Protein loading and electrophoresis 3.1 After centrifugation, take appropriate amount of supernatant with micro sampler and directly add it into the SDS-PAGE gel sampling hole; 3.2 Conduct routine electrophoresis. Generally, stop electrophoresis when the dye reaches 0.5cm-1cm from the bottom of gel.
