是否无菌：是中性红是一种弱碱性pH指示剂，变色范围在pH 6.4-8.0之间 (由红变黄)。在中性或微碱性环境中，植物的活细胞能大量吸收中性红并向液泡中排泌。中性红染色液 (活细胞专用) 呈中性，是一种组织或细胞染色时常用的可以把细胞核染成红色的染色液，细胞核中的核酸以及溶酶体呈酸性，因此细胞核会被染成红色。使用说明： 1、样品处理：去除细胞培养液，用PBS清洗或生理盐水清洗 1 次。 2、中性红染色：弃PBS，加入适量的中性红染色液 (活细胞专用) 完全覆盖细胞染色2-10min。 3、用PBS清洗或生理盐水清洗1次，立即观察或拍照。注意事项： 1、中性红染色液长期存放会产生少量沉淀，可用滤纸过滤后再使用。 2、首次使用本试剂时建议先取1-2个样品做预实验。 3、中性红染色液染色时，可以根据染色结果和要求调整时间。 4、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。染色结果：细胞核
