本产品由 TED 配基（-N(CH2COOH)CH2CH2N(CH2COOH)2）和高刚性琼脂糖组成。金属螯合亲和层析介质是一种主要利用蛋白质表面暴露出来的的组氨酸（色氨酸、半胱氨酸等亦可辅助结合）能够和金属离子（Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+等）进行特异性结合的特性进行蛋白质分离的介质。 Ni-TED 金属螯合亲和层析介质是将三（羧甲基）乙二胺（TED）固定在高度交联的琼脂糖基质上，然后螯合上金属离子 Ni2+而制备成的一种介质。 Ni-NTA与 Ni2+具有 4 个螯合位点，而 Ni-TED 与 Ni2+具有 5 个螯合位点，使得其对于 Ni2+具有很强的约束力，这一特性赋予了本品具有优异的 DTT 以及 EDTA 耐受性。本品用于带有 His标签的蛋白纯化时拥有稳定性高、复杂环境中一步纯化蛋白、蛋白洗脱条件温和、介质易再生、重复利用率高等优点。产品特性表 1 Ni-TED 的技术参数参数
