Ni-IDA 是将 IDA 配基通过 9 个原子的间隔臂以醚键固定在高刚性琼脂糖基质上，然后螯合上金属离子 Ni2+而制备成的一种介质。高刚性琼脂糖基质具有高流速、低反压的特点。高刚性琼脂糖基质具有更优的孔道结构，赋予了其高于传统琼脂糖基质的载量。金属螯合亲和层析介质是一种主要利用蛋白质表面暴露出来的的组氨酸（色氨酸、半胱氨酸等亦可辅助结合）能够和金属离子（Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+等）进行特异性结合的特性进行蛋白质分离的介质。本品用于带有 His 标签的蛋白纯化时拥有稳定性高、复杂环境中一步纯化蛋白、目标蛋白质吸附量大、蛋白洗脱条件温和、介质易再生、重复利用率高等优点。产品特性表 1 Ni-IDA 的理化性质及特征参数参数
