产品介绍

组织固定液由10%~15%福尔马林溶液、1%~5%磷酸盐缓冲溶液和纯化水组成。用于新鲜组织样本的固定。检验原理：醛类固定液是一种交联性组织固定剂，主要通过使蛋白质分子发生交联而产生固定作用，本品用磷酸盐缓冲液调节溶液pH值，使其成中性，以期达到大限度地保护组织抗原，固定效果及对组织抗原性的保存均优于一般的甲醛溶液，是生物组织常用的固定液。使用方法： 1、打开固定溶液器的盖子，将生物组织标本放入10%中性缓冲福尔马林固定液中。 2、固定液量应为标本体积的5~10倍;将离体组织及时 (一般不超过3分钟)，浸入组织固定液中，标本固定时间为2~12小时。 3、随机盖紧容器盖子，并在标签上记录标本信息，送病理科进行检验。注意事项： 1、注意使用时通风。 2、一次性使用，且忌新旧液混合使用。 3、使用时避免接触皮肤、粘膜。 4、只用于标本前处理。 5、本试剂仅专业人士使用，使用前请认真阅读使用说明书，在有效期内使用，并做好个人防护。 6、使用后的固定液应该按照病理科实验室的试剂使用规范进行无害化处理。 7、储存条件：4℃~40℃通风良好、防潮、阴凉处存放；远离热源、火花与明火；运输及搬运时小心轻放，防止挤压。开封后3个月内使用完，每次用后及时拧紧瓶盖，以免挥发或变质。
