产品介绍

组织保存液是款即用型低温运输保存液，可用于人与动物新鲜组织样本的短期存储与运输，可有效避免样本在储存或运输过程中的细胞凋亡、坏死等现象，保证细胞的功能性和活力。本产品可在2-8℃条件下使组织样本内大部分细胞的活力长达48小时以上，显著减少离体样本细胞活力损耗，有效提高各类原代细胞和类器官构建成功率。使用说明： 1、长期置于-20℃储存，有效期一年。解冻后4℃可稳定存放14天。建议首次收货后，于无菌条件下分装后-20℃储存。本产品已添加真菌和细菌抗生素。 2、组织样本应在离体5min内放入预冷的组织保存液（2-8℃）中，并将组织样本完全浸没在组织保存液中。注：离体组织可提前用无菌PBS溶液或生理盐水漂洗，以去除血渍和污物。 3、运输过程中样本储存管应置于2-8℃的低温环境中（例如含有冰袋的保温盒）。 4、储存或运输结束后取出样本，并用于后续实验。
