SIGMAFAST™ OPD (o-苯二胺二盐酸盐)片剂用作酶免疫测定(EIA)检测氧化物酶活性的可溶底物。OPD作为EIA底物是因为它有高灵敏度。使用OPD的EIA可以在计时分析中读数或用稀释的酸性溶液终止反应，过后在读数。SIGMAFAST OPD已用于唾液病毒样颗粒(VLP)结合测定。它还已用于开发检测大鼠血清样品中的利妥昔单抗的酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)板。 SIGMAFAST OPD ( o -Phenylenediamine dihydrochloride) tablets have been developed for use as a soluble substrate for the detection of peroxidase activity in enzyme immunoassays (EIA). OPD is the EIA substrate of choice as it exhibits high sensitivity. EIA applications utilizing OPD may be read in timed assays or stopped with dilute acid solutions for delayed readings. SIGMAFAST OPD has been used in saliva- virus-like particles (VLP) binding assay. It has also been used to develop enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates for the detection of rituximab in rat serum samples.
