产品介绍

类器官回收液是一款不含酶的即用型溶液，可用于从ECM基质胶中回收完整类器官，而对类器官的形态或结构产生破坏。本产品回收获得的类器官可用于铺板、传代、冻存、成像、病原体感染，RNA以及蛋白提取等。使用说明： 1、为避免枪头粘附性损耗，可将1mL移液枪头吹打抗粘附液进行润洗枪头。 2、刮取含类器官的基质胶滴或基质胶层，转移至1.5mL或15mL离心管中，加入10倍体积的类器官回收液。 3、冰上孵育30min。 4、使用水平转子离心机，50g离心3min，小心吸弃上清。 5、用基础培养基或PBS重悬细胞，50g离心3min，小心吸弃上清。 6、将上述获得的类器官用于后续实验。
