产品介绍

产品可以用于钙钛矿太阳能电池空穴传输层。产品特性：更好的成膜性: Me-4PACz在大面积刮涂时成膜性不好，而Poly-4PACz是聚合物,挥发浓缩后具备一定粘度，在大面积刮涂时有更好的成膜性。更利于涂布: Poly-4PACz成膜后的表面性质更亲水，有利于钙钛矿层的涂布。重复性更好: Me-4PACz重复性受膜厚及均匀性影响较大，而Poly-4PACz相对重复性更好。使用方法：溶解: 将1毫克 Poly-4PACz 固体，用CHCl3/MeOH (0.5ml/0.5ml)溶解(浓度为1mg/ml)，室温或略微加热，搅拌半小时可以溶解。取液: 溶解后通常不需过滤。但若实验室环境尘埃较多，也可以在使用前在注射器前套上“针头式滤器”过滤取溶液。刮涂: 我们推荐使用刮涂制备，150-200微米gap，20mm/s,热退火是100度退火5min。若使用旋涂，可以多尝试2000-4000rpm多个不同转速。特别说明: 开封后分装使用，剩余部分尽快放回N2手套箱中。产品性能验证： 200cm2模组效率超过20% 。
