PbS量子点的玻尔半径较大，容易制备出具有显著量子效应的纳米颗粒。由于其优良的非线性光学性能，合适的禁带宽度，电子能带跨越900~1600nm的红外光谱区域，正好和“通讯波长”部分重叠，因而，PbS量子点在光电器件、通讯、发光二极管、太阳能电池等领域有着广泛应用。此外，PbS量子点亲水性强，生物相容性好，有望在生物和医学领域得到普及应用。我们的PbS量子点具有粒径分布窄，色彩纯度高，发射近红外光，稳定性好等优异特性，且成本低，易于大规模量产。常用溶剂：甲苯、氯仿、正己烷，常用浓度：25mg/ml。使用前依据自己的实验需求直接加溶剂稀释即可。无须特殊处理，溶液建议于一周内使用完毕，超过一周发射峰会发生偏移。 other fields.
