PPACK dihydrochloride 是一种纤溶酶原激活剂 (rt-PA) 抑制剂。PPACK dihydrochloride 可以抑制纤维蛋白降解产物、纤溶酶原和 α2-抗纤溶酶的变化。PPACK dihydrochloride 还可抑制 rt-PA 与血浆蛋白酶抑制剂的结合。 PPACK dihydrochloride is a plasminogen activator (rt-PA) inhibitor. PPACK dihydrochloride can inhibit changes in fibrin degradation products, plasminogen and alpha 2-antiplasmin. PPACK dihydrochloride also inhibits the binding of rt-PA to plasma protease inhibitors.
