生化机理

蛋白激酶抑制剂PKI（14-22）酰胺具有细胞渗透性。非肉豆蔻酰化的版本抑制蛋白激酶A（Ki = 36 nM），抑制细胞生长并诱导人胰腺癌细胞（PANC-1）凋亡。
