The key enzyme activity provider in Pectinex UF is polygalacturonase hydrolysis in pectin and other 1,4- α- D-galactosiduronic bond pectin and other polygalacturonic acids. enzyme activity: 3300 PGNU/g Approximate density value: 1.17g/ml PH value: pH 3.5-5 Pectinex UF is a brown liquid with a slight fermentation odor. The color varies depending on the batch, and the depth of the color does not represent the level of enzyme activity. This product is not a genetically modified organism.
