Pristinamycin 是一种链霉素样的抗生素，产生于 Streptomyces pristinaespiralis，Pristinamycin 由两种化学上不相关的成分组成：Pristinamycin I (PI) 和 Pristinamycin II (PII)。Pristinamycin 对多种抗生素耐药病原菌，特别是革兰氏阳性菌，包括耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)、万古霉素耐药金黄色葡萄球菌 (VRSA) 和粪肠球菌 (VREF) 具有高度的活性。 Pristinamycin, produced by Streptomyces pristinaespiralis, is a streptogramin-like antibiotic consisting of two chemically unrelated components: Pristinamycin I (PI) and Pristinamycin II (PII). Pristinamycin is highly active against many antibiotic-resistant pathogens, particularly Gram-positive bacteria, including Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vancomycin-resistant S. aureus (VRSA) and Enterococcus faecium (VREF).
