产品简介 PBS 为白色至类白色速溶颗粒，每袋 PBS 速溶颗粒可配制 1 L 1× PBS 缓冲液，操作简便，使用方便。PBS 的主要成分是氯化钠、氯化钾和磷酸盐，1× PBS 缓冲液中含有的氯化钠的浓度为 137 mM、氯化钾的浓度为 2.7 mM，磷酸盐的浓度为 10 mM。 PBS 是一种在生物学上广泛使用的缓冲液，可用于免疫分析实验、微生物学实验、蛋白质生化实验等。使用 PBS 速溶颗粒配制成的 PBS 缓冲液经 0.22 μm 除菌过滤器处理后可应用于细胞培养、洗涤等相关实验。注：所有相关原材料均为 AR/GR 级别。使用方法 1. 量取约 600 ml 的蒸馏水加入烧杯，并放置一个磁性搅拌子于烧杯中。 2. 将烧杯置于磁力搅拌器上，慢慢加入 1 袋 PBS 速溶颗粒的全部内容物，搅拌溶液直至完全溶解。 3. 向步骤 2 的 PBS 溶液中加入蒸馏水，定容至 1 L，即为 1×。注：配制成 1× 溶液后的 pH 值为 7.4±0.2@25℃。
