应用: 棕榈酸N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯已被用于偶联蛋白质，以制备靶向递送载体。它还被用于棕榈酸与卵清蛋白的共价连接。用于合成氨基和硫代化合物的十六酰基衍生物，如氨基酸、氨酰-tRNA、辅酶 a、巯基乙酸等。 Application： Palmitic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester has been used to couple a protein for fabrication of targeted delivery vehicles. It has also been used in the covalent attachment of palmitic acid to ovalbumin. Useful in the synthesis of hexadecanoyl derivatives of amino- and thio-compounds such as amino acids, aminoacyl-tRNA, coenzyme A, thioglycolic acid, etc.
