多粘菌素B九肽（TFA盐）是一种阳离子环肽。多粘菌素B九肽（TFA盐）是经酶裂解 Polymyxin B 而产生的衍生物，与 Polymyxin B 相比，多粘菌素B九肽（TFA盐）毒性低，缺乏杀菌活性，仍具有破坏革兰氏阴性菌外膜的能力。 Polymyxin B nonapeptide TFA is a cyclic peptide obtained from Polymyxin B by proteolytic removal of its terminal amino acyl residue. Polymyxin B nonapeptide TFA is less toxic, lacks bactericidal activity, and retains its ability to render gram-negative bacteria susceptible to several antibiotics by permeabilizing their outer membranes.

生化机理

多粘菌素 B 非肽是从多粘菌素 B 通过蛋白水解去除其末端氨基酰基残基而得到的环肽。多粘菌素 B 非肽的毒性较低，缺乏杀菌活性，但仍能使革兰氏阴性菌的抗药性降低。
