物理外观： Liquid 产品介绍：在细胞或组织提取过程中，靶蛋白可能会被细胞中天然存在的蛋白酶分解，从而影响后续的蛋白质检测。本产品为经优化和测试的用于常规细胞或组织蛋白提取等的蛋白酶抑制剂混合物，含有6种广谱蛋白酶抑制剂(104mM AEBSF, 80μM Aprotinin, 5mM Bestatin, 1.5mM E-64, 2mM Leupeptin and 1.5mM Pepstatin A in DMSO),保护蛋白完整性。使用方法：在室温下溶解DMSO储液，在您的实验体系中，按照1: 100 的比率(体积比体积)将抑制剂混合物加入到样品溶液中(比如细胞裂解液或者组织抽提物)。含有蛋白酶抑制剂混合物的裂解液宜现用现配，不宜配制后冻存待后续使用。注意事项：避免反复冻融，第--次使用后，可按照每次使用量分装冻存，并应在临使用前添加到裂解液等适当溶液中。本产品中含有的蛋白酶抑制剂对人体有害，为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一-次性手套操作。
