磷酸缓冲盐溶液（1×PBS，无DNA/RNA酶，细胞培养级）是最常用的缓冲溶液之一，主要由氯化钠、氯化钾、磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钾组成，不含Ca ²⁺ 、Mg ²⁺ ，pH值为7.2-7.4，该试剂无DNA/RNA 酶，经高温高压灭菌，可用于细胞培养过程中细胞的洗涤或其他常规用途。该试剂为1×工作液，可以直接使用。组分
