青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×）（Penicillin-Streptomycin-Gentamicin Solution， 100×）是专门用于细胞培养的三抗，经过滤除菌，可以直接按比例添加到细胞培养液内。其中，青霉素的含量为10kU/mL，链霉素的含量为10mg/mL，庆大霉素的含量为5mg/mL。在细胞培养液中推荐的青霉素的工作浓度为100U/mL，链霉素的工作浓度为0.1mg/mL，庆大霉素的工作浓度为50μg/mL。本品按照100倍稀释使用，即100mL青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×）可以配制10L细胞培养液。使用说明：青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×）可以参考如下两种方法之一使用： 1、在无菌的细胞培养液中按照每500mL细胞培养液添加5mL的比例直接添加青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×），混匀后即可使用。 2、配制细胞培养液时按照每配制1L细胞培养液加入10mL的比例加入青霉素-链霉素-庆大霉素溶液（100×），配制完成后过滤除菌即可使用。注意事项： 1、注意无菌操作，防止污染。 2、建议分装，尽量减少反复冻融的次数，使用时避免对母液的污染。 3、本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品。 4、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。物理外观：Liquid 是否无菌：是
