阿拉丁生产的UltraBio™ Plus SDS-PAGE Hepes电泳液(UltraBio™ Plus SDS-PAGE Hepes Electrophoresis Buffer)是阿拉丁专门为UltraBio™ Plus PAGE预制胶系列产品研制的配套电泳液，也可用于其它Hepes缓冲系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶。本电泳液经过优化，完美匹配UltraBio™ Plus PAGE预制胶系列产品，使其获得非常优越的电泳效果。本电泳液含有SDS，适用于SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳。本电泳液可以回收，回收后可作为外槽(下槽)的电泳液重复使用1-2次。但如需获得最佳电泳效果，请勿使用回收的电泳液。 注意事项 ： 本电泳液适用于Hepes缓冲系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶，请勿用于其它缓冲系统的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶。Hepes电泳系统和其它电泳系统如Tris-Glycine电泳系统中的预染蛋白质分子量呈现的大小会略有差别。本电泳液含有SDS，适用于变性蛋白的凝胶电泳。若用于非变性蛋白的凝胶电泳，可以选购阿拉丁的P0556 Gel? Plus Native-PAGE Hepes电泳液(20X)。配制好的电泳液通常室温可保存2-3天，4℃可保存1-2周。内槽电泳液不能使用回收的电泳液，外槽电泳液可以使用回收1-2次的电泳液，但使用回收的或长期放置的电泳液可能会导致电泳效果下降。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明 ： 1.量取50毫升 Plus SDS-PAGE Hepes电泳液(20X)，倒入到一洁净的烧杯中，加入蒸馏水或去离子水至约900毫升，混匀。然后在量筒中定容到1升，混匀后即配制成 Plus SDS-PAGE Hepes电泳液(1X)。没有用完的电泳液室温可保存2-3天，4℃可保存1-2周。2.详细的Western操作可以参考我们的相关网页：http://www.aladdin-e.com/support/western.htm。常见问题：1.液体出现晶体析出现象：本产品为20倍浓缩的电泳液，浓度较高，低温等原因会导致液体中晶体析出。建议37℃水浴使其溶解后再继续使用。2.恒压150V电泳时，每板胶的电流在110-130mA之间，随着时间增加电流会逐步降低。如果电流明显不在这一范围，需检查电泳液的质量，及内槽电泳液是否有漏液现象等。 Precautions ： This product is suitable for Hepes buffered polyacrylamide gels. Do not use it for polyacrylamide gels of other buffer systems.The size of prestained protein ladders in Hepes electrophoresis system is slightly different from that in other electrophoresis systems such as Tris-Glycine electrophoresis system.This product contains SDS and is suitable for denaturing gel electrophoresis. For electrophoresis of non-denatured proteins, we recommend using Plus Native PAGE Hepes Electrophoresis Buffer (20X) .The diluted electrophoresis buffer can usually be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days or at 4ºC for 1-2 weeks.The recovered electrophoresis buffer cannot be used in the inner chamber, but can be reused 1-2 times in the outer chamber. The use of electrophoresis buffer that has been reused for too many times or has been kept for too long may affect the electrophoresis results.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation. Instructions for Use ： 1. Prepare one liter of 1X Electrophoresis Buffer by diluting 50ml of Plus SDS-PAGE Hepes Electrophoresis Buffer (20X) with 950ml of distilled or deionized water. It can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days or at 4ºC for 1-2 weeks.2. For detailed Western operations, please refer to http://www.aladdin-e.com/support/western.htm. FAQ: 1. There are crystal precipitates in this product. This product is a 20X concentrated solution with high concentrations of salt. Precipitation may occur in this product at low temperatures. The precipitates should be dissolved completely in a 37ºC water bath prior to use.2. When electrophoresis at a constant 150V voltage, the current of each gel is between 110-130mA, which will gradually decrease over time. If the current is not within this range, check the quality of the electrophoresis buffer and whether there is any leakage of the electrophoresis buffer in the inner chamber.
