是否无菌：是支原体去除试剂Plus是一种用于清除在培养细胞过程中广泛存在的支原体污染的试剂,可以用于支原体污染的去除和防治,能够有效去除多种支原体,并且能够预防支原体污染的复发。本产品为多肽类,不像抗生素会影响细胞生长状态并使细胞产生耐药性。储存条件 4℃保存,长期不使用-20℃保存,避免多次反复冻融,可以分装后冻存。使用说明 1、使用支原体去除试剂Plus处理时,建议现配现用,并保持细胞密度在50%-60%。 2、推荐稀释比例为1:1000。例如10mL的培养基加入10μL的支原体去除试剂Plus混匀。 3、弃去旧的培养基,用PBS将细胞清洗干净,再加入含有支原体去除试剂Plus的新鲜培养基,1天1次,连续处理3天;或者2天1次,连续处理5-6天。若细胞污染非常严重时,需延长处理时间。 4、若细胞对支原体去除试剂Plus敏感,请参考以下推荐参数处理细胞: 细胞
