本公司生产的蛋白 G-微球菌核酸酶，英文名为 Protein G-MNase，简称 pG-MNase，是 Protein G 与微球菌核酸酶 MNase (Micrococcal Nuclease) 的融合表达产物，同时具有 Protein G 的抗体结合活性和 MNase 的核酸内切酶活性，常用于蛋白质-DNA 相互作用研究的 ChIC (Chromatin Immunocleavage)和 CUT&RUN (Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease)。Protein G 是 C 型或 G 型链球菌(Streptococcal bacteria)表达的免疫球蛋白结合蛋白。Protein A 和Protein G 功能相似，能特异性地与哺乳动物免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin, Ig)结合，结合的 部位通常为免疫球蛋白的 Fc 区，但有资料显示 Protein A 也会和人 VH3 家族的 Fab 区结合，而 Protein G 有时与 Fab 区也有一定结合。Protein G 是 C 型或 G 型链球菌(Streptococcal bacteria)表达的免疫球蛋白结合蛋白。Protein A 和 Protein G 功能相似，能特异性地与哺乳动物免疫球蛋白 (Immunoglobulin, Ig)结合，结合的部位通常为免疫球蛋白的 Fc 区，但有资料显示 Protein A 也会和人 VH3 家族的 Fab 区结合，而 Protein G 有 时与 Fab 区也有一定结合。 来源（Source）： 蛋白 G 与金黄色葡萄球菌（MNase）融合蛋白 组分和说明 P752087

One Agarose Gel Unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to digest 1μg of Lambda DNA in 15 minutes at 37℃, to the extent that the accumulation of low molecular DNA fragments is <400 base pairs as determined by agarose gel electrophoresis. Another Unit is Kunitz Unit. One Kunitz Unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to release acid soluble oligonucleotides that produce an absorbance increase of O.D. 1.0 at 260nm in 30 minutes at 37 ℃ . 1000 Agarose Gel Units is approximately equal to 100 Kunitz Units.
