产品描述：蛋白酶磷酸酶抑制剂混合物（真菌或酵母抽提用，50X）是一种用于真菌或酵母蛋白提取的蛋白酶和磷酸酶抑制剂混合物组合。本品含蛋白酶抑制剂混合物 (50×)，磷酸酶抑制剂混合物 (50×) 各 1 支。蛋白酶磷酸酶抑制剂混合物（真菌或酵母抽提用，50X）是针对真菌或酵母蛋白提取的蛋白酶磷酸酶抑制剂混合物。对于丝氨酸、半胱氨酸和酸性蛋白酶/氨基肽酶，以及丝氨酸/苏氨酸、酪氨酸、酸性及碱性磷酸酶等酶具有广谱的抑制作用，能够有效的防止真菌或酵母蛋白质的降解。操作流程：以 1:50 的比例加入裂解液中，例如在96µL裂解液中分别加入2µL蛋白酶抑制剂混合物 (50X)、2µL磷酸酶抑制剂混合物 (50X)。温馨提示为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，带手套等。组分表： P752093
