产品介绍

组织/细胞裂解时会释放出大量内源性蛋白磷酸酶，以各种方式催化磷酸化蛋白的去磷酸化，导致不同于正常生理状态的差异。因此，裂解后的Western blotting，免疫共沉淀检测磷酸化蛋白质和蛋白激酶活性测定等实验常规要加入外源性蛋白磷酸酶抑制剂，抑制磷酸化蛋白的去磷酸化，维持蛋白质的磷酸化状态。本产品为四种磷酸酶抑制剂的混合物，可抑制丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白酶，蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶，同时可抑制酸/碱性磷酸酶等四种磷酸酶。适用于Westernblot 和免疫共沉淀检验磷酸化蛋白，蛋白激酶活性测定等。磷酸酶抑制剂II是一种用于真菌、细菌、动物、植物的细胞或组织等蛋白提取及其它相关用途的磷酸酶抑制剂混合物，可广泛抑制蛋白提取物中的酪氨酸、酸性和碱性磷酸酶、丝/苏氨酸磷酸酶。操作流程：使用前室温溶解磷酸酶抑制剂复合物, 混匀，按照1：50加入到组织裂解液中。注意事项： ① 避免反复冻融，第一次使用后，可以按照每次使用量分装冻存。 ② 临用前加入，终浓度为1×，蛋白磷酸酶特别丰富的组织，可以适当提高蛋白酶抑制剂复合物的使用浓度至2-3×。温馨提示：为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，带手套等。
