产品介绍

本品为毕赤酵母表达的重组胰蛋白酶类似物，来源于微生物，识别位点为赖氨酸或者精氨酸，切割位点为精氨酸或者赖氨酸残基中的羧基端。其活性受丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂如PMSF和TLCK等的抑制。本品生产过程不涉及任何动物源成分，从根源上杜绝了诸如猪流感病毒、猪细小病毒等动物源性病毒污染的风险。且其天然缺乏糜蛋白酶活性，是猪或牛源胰蛋白酶的替代品。本品消化细胞作用温和，并且性质稳定、易于存储。使用说明： 1、使用前将Express 酶 (1×), 无酚红和完全培养基37℃预热。 2、弃去培养液上清，用适量DPBS洗涤细胞，弃去DPBS。 3、加入适量的Express 酶 (1×), 无酚红（0.5ml/10cm²），37℃培养直至细胞脱落。 4、加入5-10mL的预热完全培养基，轻柔的混匀细胞，将细胞悬液转移至无菌15mL离心管中，100g离心5-10分钟。 5、弃去上清，加入适量的完全培养基进行培养。优势： 1、重组表达，无动物源成分。 2、无其他蛋白酶污染，如糜蛋白酶。 3、对细胞毒性小，消化更温和，更适合敏感细胞。 4、来源于微生物，稳定性更高，可在2-8℃长期保存。注意事项： 1、避免反复冻融。 2、使用时请穿实验服并佩戴一次性手套。 3、本品不得直接用于临床诊断和治疗。
