RA839 是 Keap1 的非共价小分子结合剂，Kd 约为 6 μM，是 Nrf2 信号传导的选择性激活剂。RA839 可防止诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达和一氧化氮释放，以响应巨噬细胞中的脂多糖。RA839 是 Keap1/Nrf2 相互作用的选择性抑制剂，是研究 Nrf2 生物学的有用工具化合物。 Product description RA839 is a noncovalent small molecule binder to Keap1 with a Kd of ∼6 μM and selective activator of Nrf2 signaling. RA839 prevents the induction of both inducible nitric-oxide synthase expression and nitric oxide release in response to lipopolysaccharides in macrophages. RA839 is a selective inhibitor of the Keap1/Nrf2 interaction and a useful tool compound to study the biology of Nrf2.
