产品介绍

阿拉丁自主研发生产的核糖核酸酶 A（RibonucleaseA，RNase A）是经过蛋白质工程技术改造的源于牛胰腺（bovine pancreas）的非特异性核糖核酸内切酶，经过酵母表达、纯化获得。它不含有原核生物表达的细菌内毒素。在功能上，RNase A 是一种核糖核酸内切酶，可以水解核苷上5’-核糖与相邻的嘧啶核苷3’-核糖上的磷酸基团之间的磷酸二酯键，产生的2’,3’-环磷酸可水解为相应的3’-核苷磷酸盐。因而可在C 和 U 核苷酸残基位置特异性地降解单链RNA。RNase A 十分稳定。RNase A 作用于单链RNA时，表现较高作用效果。本产品广泛用于去除DNA或蛋白质样品的RNA污染。本产品无内切DNA酶和外切DNA酶污染，无蛋白酶污染。稀释缓冲液：10mM Tris-HCl, 20mM MgCl2, pH 8.0 产品信息：外观：淡黄色透明溶液 DNA和RNA残留：不可见 DNase残留：不可见蛋白酶残留：使用方法：贮存浓度为10mg/ml。推荐工作浓度为10-20μg/ml，工作液应用稀释液进行稀释或者保证工作底物中有20mM Mg2+。
