UltraBio™ RNA纯化磁珠是基于固相载体可逆化固定 (Solid phase reverse immobilization, SPRI) 技术，使用新型核酸纯化介质包被的磁珠，配合优化的缓冲体系，用于从各种体系中纯化RNA，可有效去除蛋白、盐离子等杂质，提高RNA纯度。例：用于文库构建实验中RNA的纯化。使用说明：自备试剂和器材 1、自备试剂：80%乙醇（用Nuclease-free H2O配制）、Nuclease-free H2O； 2、自备器材：核酸提取仪、离心管或深孔板、涡旋振荡器、移液器、恒温振荡器等。操作步骤 1、结合：向待纯化的RNA溶液中加入1.8倍样本体积的RNA纯化磁珠，涡旋混匀后室温静置5min。将离心管置于磁力架上至溶液完全澄清，弃去上清。 2、清洗1：保持离心管固定于磁力架上，加入200μL 80%乙醇（用Nuclease-free H2O配制），静置1min，无需重悬磁珠，弃去上清（保持离心管固定于磁力架上）。 3、清洗2：重复步骤2一次。 4、除醇：将离心管从磁力架上取下，静置通风2-5min除醇。注：除醇过程中请勿过分干燥磁珠，否则会降低纯化效率。 5、洗脱：加入适量体积的Nuclease-free H2O洗脱，涡旋混匀后室温静置5min。 6、转移RNA：将离心管置于磁力架上，静置2-5min，待磁珠完全吸附后将上清转移至新Nuclease-free 离心管中备用。机提-16/32通道核酸提取仪操作步骤 1、上样准备在96孔板中分别参照下表用量加入每个相应孔位，可同步完成16/32个样品的处理。样品孔位
