产品介绍

流变助剂，用于水性体系的合成片状硅酸盐，可改善低剪流变性。为确保应用中的最佳分布和有效性及重现性，LAPONITE-RDS 必须在低离子浓度（20 °C ± 5 °C）的水中完全水合。在持续高速搅拌的同时，轻轻加入 LAPONITE-RDS 进行分散。一旦分散液清澈且未观察到未分散颗粒，即可继续加工。为达最佳加工性，建议准备水中 LAPONITE-RDS 固体含量最高达 10% 的分散液。特性及优点： LAPONITE-EP 可在低剪范围增加黏度，而在高剪范围影响很小，可改善加工性和储存稳定性。针对防止水性涂料体系中颜料、填料、消光剂或其他固体物质沉降的效果非常出色。使用 LAPONITE-RDS 可形成剪切变稀流变特性，并可根据用量将建筑化学品的触变效果调整为假塑性流体。该助剂特别适用于喷涂，例如腻子等以分散液形式结合的建筑材料配方，可提高体系的储存稳定性和防沉性。 LAPONITE-RDS 也可用作阴离子沥青乳液的稳定剂，可增加分散介质黏度，从而起到稳定乳液的作用。
