18:0-18:1 PG（1-硬脂酰基-2-油酰基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸-（1′-rac-甘油））是带有小头基的磷脂。它由两个带有磷酸甘油骨架的18个碳链组成。应用： 18:0-18:1 PG（1-硬脂酰基-2-油酰基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸-（1′-rac-甘油））已用作通过薄层色谱法（TLC）分析总脂质提取物的标准品。它可用于使用CD1抗原呈递分子（CD1b）四聚体并在脂质体制备中测定对脂质抗原的T细胞应答。 18:0-18:1 PG (1-stearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1′-rac-glycerol)) is a phospholipid which carries a small head group. It is made of two 18 carbon chains with phosphoglycerol backbone. Application： 18:0-18:1 PG (1-stearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1′-rac-glycerol)) has been used as a standard to analyze total lipid extracts by thin-layer chromatography (TLC). It may be used to measure the T-cell responses to lipid antigens using CD1 antigen-presenting molecule (CD1b) tetramers and in liposomes preparation.
