产品介绍 Super GelBlueTM 是一种灵敏、无致突变性、超安全和超稳定的荧光核酸凝胶染色试剂（在工作浓度中）。它可替代溴化乙锭（EtBr，EB）等不安全的核酸染料，且不需要脱色。它可以被 488 nm 激光激发，可用蓝光切胶仪或蓝光扫描仪直接观察。由于 Super GelBlueTM 独特的分子结构，在保证其高安全性和灵敏度的同时，也不会影响 DNA 条带的迁移。即使 DNA 上样量很高，也可以获得很好的条带分离效果。注意事项 1. 胶染法制备的凝胶为浅橘红色，电泳后，可能出现肉眼观察凝胶颜色不均一的情况（如上半部分胶颜色深，下半部分胶颜色浅），属于正常现象，不影响电泳结果。 2. Super GelBlueTM 不仅可用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳，也可用于丙烯酰胺凝胶核酸电泳。 3. Super GelBlueTM 适用于蓝光切胶仪和蓝光扫描仪，也可用于紫外凝胶成像系统，但紫外成像条带较暗，推荐使用我司 S2009 染料。 4. 泡染的染色液可重复使用 3 次左右，建议将用过的、需要继续使用的染色溶液避光保存。 •不影响条带迁移：上样量大也不影响条带美观 •宽光谱范围：蓝光紫外双成像，推荐蓝光 •高安全性：无致突变性，蓝光成像避免紫外伤害 •高灵敏性：最低可见Ing •高稳定性：室温保存耐高温 •适用范围广：琼脂糖胶和PAGE胶，单双链DNA 和RNA均适用
