能升华。约在200℃分解。微溶于水,溶于乙醇、丙酮、和三氯甲烷等,不溶于醚。溶于浓硫酸中呈红色。在氨性溶液中与Co2+、Ni2+、Pd2+、Cu2+、Ru3+和Fe3+等形成不溶于水的有色配合物。用于光度浊度测定铜、镍、钴。也可用于光度法或电位滴定法测定铜。并可定性检出Co2+、Cu2+、Ni2+、Ru3+。 Dithiooxamide is reported to form complexes with Ni(II) Dithiooxamide may be used in the following studies: 1. Synthesis of thiazolothiazole-linked porous organic polymers under solvothermal conditions. 2. As modifier to prepare the modified glassy carbon electrode, used to investigate the electrochemical properties of quercetin, an important flavonoid derivative. 3. Synthesis of new chelating resin of dithiooxamide (rubeanic acid)-formaldehyde (DTOF), used in separation and concentration of silver ions. 4. Synthesis of N,N′-disubstituted dithiooxamides.
