芽孢杆菌 CCZU11-1 催化的 1,3-丙二醇环硫酸盐 (1,3-PDS) 及其衍生物的生物转化已被提出。它可以通过 红球菌 进行生物催化转化为二醇。 应用 1,3-丙二醇环硫酸盐可用于合成取代( p -氨基苯乙烯基)-1-(3-磺酰丙基)吡啶 (ASSP) 内盐。 Bacillus sp. CCZU11-1 catalyzed biotransformation of 1,3-propanediol cyclic sulfate (1,3-PDS) and its derivatives has been proposed. It can undergo biocatalyzed transformation to diols by Rhodococcus sp. Application 1,3-Propanediol cyclic sulfate may be used for the synthesis of substituted (p-aminostyryl)-1-(3-sulfooxypropyl)pyridinium (ASSP) inner salts.
