The presence of hydroxyl group in the para position enhances the rate of hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of 4MP. Product Application： [4-(Methylthio)phenol] may be used in the preparation of phosphoramidodithioate intermediates for the synthesis of sulprofos amidate.
